Prince Mongo is the name of a fairly wealthy man who enjoys getting attention. No one really knows where his money comes from, only that he specifically works to annoy people to call the police and give him some free publicity. There are so many stories about this man that it is difficult to tell just a few. He would keep piles of junk in his front yard, repaint his outer walls to ugly colors, and never once wore shoes.
